A monthly email catch-up with your friends.
For friends who live far apart. Everyone in your circle answers a few questions. All the answers arrive together in one email, once a month. No app, no feed, no group chat.

How it works
Propose
Week 1: Anyone in your circle can propose questions, or let us suggest some.
Answer
Weeks 2–4: Everyone answers on their own time. Timezones and busy weeks welcome.
Read
Edition day: We compile everyone's answers and photos into a new edition, delivered to your inbox.
The tools you have aren’t helping.
Not your friends.
On Instagram, four minutes of every hour go to your friends.1
DearAll is your friends and nobody else.
Addictive by design.
Social feeds are tuned for time on screen.
DearAll is one edition a month. Nothing to scroll.
Always on.
The group chat runs while you work or sleep.
DearAll waits for you: answer when it suits you.
Always shallow.
Group chats run on quick reactions, back and forth.
DearAll gives you weeks to sit down and go deeper.
Built to help you stay close, not to keep you scrolling.

Good to know.
- What do my friends have to do?
- They sign up once with a name and an email, and everything after that arrives in their inbox. No app, no password, nothing to pay.
- What if someone doesn’t answer?
- The edition goes out with what came in, as long as one of you answered. Nobody has to answer every question, and the reminders do the asking.
- How much time does it take?
- A few lines are fine. The best editions come from sitting down and going in depth, and you have three weeks to find that moment.
- How many emails will we get?
- A handful a month, all about your friends: one to propose, one to answer, a reminder or two, then the edition. News from us only if you ask for it.
- Is it private?
- Yes. Only your circle reads the edition, and nobody in it sees anyone’s answers early, not even whoever started it: they arrive for everyone at once.
- What happens to our answers and photos?
- They are stored in Europe and deleted two months after each edition. The email in your inbox stays, and that one is yours to keep.
- Which languages does it come in?
- English, Spanish, Dutch or French. You pick one for the circle, and every email and every edition arrives in that language, for all of you, wherever you are.
- Who decides the questions?
- You choose them for the first edition. From the second one on, anyone in the circle can add their own.
Why we built it.
Nine years ago I moved from Argentina to the Netherlands. I had Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and I still struggled to stay in touch with my friends back home. The feed showed me less of my friends and more of strangers. The group chat happened while I slept. So I built the tool I was missing. It started with my own circles and spread by word of mouth. Today I know how my friends back home are doing.
